Rude and expensive. Doesn’t cut keys in Baytown location. Wants you to drive to Pasadena.

I already drove here to this location that indicates that key duplicating is a service on the listing.

Wanted $50 to merely cut a key I was bringing. I told him he’s just cutting a key, like they do at Home Depot.

He facetiously asked if home Depot would cut it. As he knows they typically will not (cut your brought in key).

Then dropped the price to $20.

I ended up getting it cut for free on a Hillman keyhero. If you have ever seen this machine, it basically cuts the key for you, it is so easy a Home depot employee can do it for free in seconds (literally). Blanks are $5. This is not to minimize the Home Depot employee. It’s to minimize the skill necessary to cut a key. Small things like this lead to additional business. Basic principal.

Not sure what I would have been paying $50.

The guy Israel here at Tony’s is top notch. Isreal was the only one there at the moment and he was knocking out jobs as fast as they came in.

TOTAL SCAM!! UNPROFESSIONAL repairman opened my door and failed to tell me he CRACKED my windshield! Had to get the whole thing replaced and the company has the audacity to keep dodging my calls! I will be reporting this company and I would save my money and wind shield if I were you!

Extreme rude and unprofessional. Called 4 times to inquire about copying a small motorcycle key, their immediate response as soon as they hear the word “motorcycle” is to cut you off tell you they don’t service motorcycles and hang up the call. They don’t allow you to say anything else nor ask questions about other services. First 2 calls were a girl and the third call was a guy, all with the same result. 4th call was a different woman, at which point I started with a complaint about this situation, her response was they had no records of my other calls, so I was unable to leave an official complaint. Extremely unprofessional business.

Minute Key is awesome! I made 2 keys for my front door. Both keys work perfectly! Better than the original key I had. I love the fact that I was able to save the copy to a MK account, so that if I ever need a key, & I don’t have one available to copy, the key is saved to my MK account and can be copied whenever I need it. Great service! Very impressed, as it was my first time using it.

needed a key for a master padlock. Had gone to a local hardware store and they tried duplicating my key, but were unable to produce a key that worked. Went to Lowe’s, but they did not have the proper blank.
