Samuel was very professional and courteous. Took about 50 minutes from. Start to finish!! I lost both sets of keys so I was devastated. They asked me ahead of time to send a picture of my fab to ensure they had them in stock, I was so relieved when it was exactly what the dealership sent me home with/ no ghetto fab yay!!.
The dealership was going to charge me $600 & I would have to tow my truck over there. Kuddos and much thanks, was so happy to be on my way!

Locked my keys in my truck and looked for some estimates. They contacted me quick and the technician Manuel called me to discuss my dilemma. Great communication between the tech and company and super fast service, he showed up in about 15 minutes! Very reasonable charge and Manuel had my truck open in less time than it took to fill out the receipt! I highly recommend them and hopefully I dont need their services again 😅 but if I do I have their number in my contacts 😉 Highly recommend!!!

Communication on there end was an issue. I feel as a customer who ordered a product that they should keep me more informed. Instead I was checking back with them every week to get updates. Install was smooth and easy. The installer was very nice and informative.

Emilio was awesome! He helped me very quickly! And when the aftermarket key didn’t work, he gave me the original one so I could have a key right then. 100% recommend them! They’ve very quick and attentive!

Incredible service! The Key Man went above and beyond by waiting for me to arrive at his shop even though he had another job lined up. Once I got there, he flashed my new key within minutes. I’m very satisfied with the speed and professionalism. I will definitely be using him again!

Great experience. I had snapped my key off in the ignition. Pete made a flip key, and gave me a copy to use of just the piece that snapped off to go get the truck started. I came back and programmed it. Done in less than 15 minutes, very reasonable pricing, and great customer experience! Would recommend anyone that needs help with keys, fobs, or anything of the sort!

I operate a small business and suddenly I was not able to easily remove the key when locking and unlocking my front door. I called Whitley’s and answered first ring! They set me up for a service call same day and the tech who arrived was pleasant and efficient in getting me fixed up! Plus the gent on the phone and the tech explained a work around technique to get a key out when stuck. It still needed to be repaired but I appreciate the sharing attitude to educate me a wee bit. Quoted me a pretty good price but arrived more than an hour after planned time, took him more than 3 hours and I caught him sleeping in car while the key was programming. Did not finish the job, came with a promise to fix the next day and became unresponsive after that.
