Great customer service!! They did a great Job with my vw jetta key! Looked around many places and nobody worked with european car keys… and the vw dealership charged more than double what i payed! definitely recommend!!

They broke my lock not picked and charged me 530 bucks. Wasn’t told broke lock until examined later after payment. Was busy with grandfather who died hours ago. Then guy makes comment how it’s good thing or some fortune cookie nonsense.

Called them late on a Saturday evening and they still picked up! Needed my work truck unlocked, and they even made me a spare key while they were out. Had me taken care of in less than an hour. That’s what I call first-class service. Thanks again!

I needed a Chevy blade flip key 🔑 cut. They provided friendly service. The gentleman even went to my car to make sure the newly cut key worked on my cars ignition. They also offer key programming but I decided to program it myself. RECOMMENDED PLACE FOR KEY CUTTING 👍

Recently had to get a new key fob for my vehicle and somebody recommended this place and everything went amazing. Brandon assisted me with the process of ordering a new key fob, it was shipped and came in the very next day and he programmed my key very quickly. A true locksmith capable of repairing quality door hardware – not just rip & replacement!

I just finished installing the door knob they repaired – it had worn notches from years of use. Two of their team of experienced locksmiths looked at the hardware, determined the problem, and 15 minutes later I left with it repaired! So glad I took it here vs ordering a replacement which would have taken over a week. They’ve always come through for us – I highly recommend them!

Hard to get a hold of. I was recommended to them twice for two different events. I called and left a voicemail both times and never received a call back. Disappointing.
