I called twice yesterday, my wife forgot her keys inside of the house, they said a technician will call sooner, never called or show up, fortunately, my wife was able to got in to the patio and opened the back door with a card. Not recommended for an emergency call.

I called multiple locksmiths in the Carrollton area and found some were unpleasant to talk to and not very professional in my time of need.

With that said I had a very positive experience with Texas Premier locksmith company. David was friendly, responsive, and got everything handled quickly. The service was affordable and exactly what I needed.

On top of that, he went out of his way to help me get my car started, which I really appreciated. I would not hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and friendly locksmith.

Absolutely horrible. Charged me $200 to drill a hole through a lock. I had already been stranded outside with my baby for 2 hours so I had no other choice. this company takes advantage of desperate people in crappy situations and then insists you Zelle them after their “work” is done to avoid paying taxes. Since when are labor services taxable!? DO NOT RECOMMEND

I used the 14999 Preston Rd, Dallas, TX location

Speed of arrival of the servicer was acceptable. I was located less than 2mi from the locksmith building location, and technician arrived in 30min.

Price was unreasonable given my location and complexity of the unlock. I needed the most basic unlock (using air pump to wedge door open and run a thin pole inside to pull open door handle). It took 5min. I understand that base fees are part of this type of service, but $250 (NOT including tip) with minimal distance to travel and simple unlock is outrageous.

ALSO, the technician that performed the un-lock was deceptive when processing payment. Since the payment is being handled through the technician’s phone, they will quickly press the highest tip percent button in hopes that you dont notice. They tried adding a 25% tip to the order without asking me. Because of this tactic, I am giving one star.

Be very careful when using technicians from this organization.

A true locksmith capable of repairing quality door hardware – not just rip & replacement!

I just finished installing the door knob they repaired – it had worn notches from years of use. Two of their team of experienced locksmiths looked at the hardware, determined the problem, and 15 minutes later I left with it repaired! So glad I took it here vs ordering a replacement which would have taken over a week. They’ve always come through for us – I highly recommend them!
