Exceptional Service! Will Lanier was a delight to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Will not only provided excellent and clean installation of a new deadbolt lock, he also inspected and repaired existing deadbolts to ensure optimal door contact / security. The lock on the front door of my workplace failed at 10:30 last night and the building could not be secured. Justin arrived quickly and spent a couple hours in the frigid night air working on the damaged mechanism. He was able to get the lock working in spite of the damage. They are the best here. I was quoted a price of $175 plus tax and tip for new moped keys with another company near Nashville, and Johnson’s gave me a new set of 2 keys for $45. They even agreed to meet with me multiple different times since my schedule was changing today, outside of their normal business hours to get it done! A real breath of fresh air
