I contacted Mondys to get a new key made for my older vehicle and they came out and had me taken care of the very next day. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Great folks and I highly recommend them!

They were so prompt and immediately came out to replace my lost key! I really appreciated their super fast response time and the fact that they were always easy to reach. And then when I found my original key later they were more than willing to reprogram it back to my car free of charge. Amazing professional and quality service. I highly recommend them!

I needed a new key fob for my Infiniti QX60 that was going bad. I called the Infiniti dealer and was given a quote over $600 to replace which I thought was high. I looked online for a replacement fob and found one for under $25. I called Rick’s to ask if they could program a generic after market Key Fob. They said they could and quoted me $65 to program it. I ordered the key fob and brought it in to Rick’s and Matt installed it in under 15 minutes. He was very friendly. Excellent customer service!

These guys were amazing! The guy who was dispatched to help my wife get into our car went above and beyond to help get her in the car. They were also the most affordable and quickest locksmith around, the great service was just a bonus. Would use them again if needed.

My mother in law was locked out of her vehicle who is 75 years old and raining and had no phone no nothing 50 degree weather. Borrowed a phone to call me. The guy would not go because it was a “third party caller” when I am not with my mother in law and I am hour away from her. I was willing to pay for it all over the phone… no care or customer service skills at all…I would had paid extra if it took that…and he couldn’t take payment over the phone he claimed! I am a multi business owner my self and I understand that he has been burned on it and has policies that he has created. But I would definitely would look at someone situation and intentions of their phone call before making a decision like that!

My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. Reliable, responsive, expert knowledge, great folks to deal with. Highly recommend.

Easy to use kiosk. The only regret I have is not being able to change keys to get to the free one. I bought two, but because they were different keys, I had no choice but to pay full price.
