My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. After a crazy night my keys were lost. The rep that called said he could be at the car in 16 minutes AND he was at the car in 16 minutes!! Very efficient thorough and even gave me kind words while I was loosing my mind about my keys!! They are added to my contacts now!!

Was in and out in less than five mins to have keys made… you know it takes you that long to find the associate that makes the keys anywhere else. Keys worked correctly and they were fairly priced.

I was scammed. I was offered a new key over the phone but not on site. When they arrived they never brought the key. The customer service from the beginning was awful. Have potential to do good work but often looking to tax people for not good service.All about making money not helping customers. I was charged and my key still doesn’t work. Not to mention the job was $90 which I was told over the phone and my total was $101.38. Be cautious if you are going to use them it’s going to come at a price! I still have to find a new place to be serviced.

Robert is the best! Highly recommend. I was struggling with a variety of lock issues and he was able to assist me within a day, he fixed everything, made me new keys, and even saved me some money by repairing one lock instead of installing a new one. Very fast and efficient. Super nice guy too!

First of all they were able to come out the same day. The technician was professional, fast, and knowledgeable. The picr was great also. I needed a transponder key made for my vehicle. This was a lot less painful than going to the dealership. I got y’all locked in my phone.
