James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.

I prefer to always use local business, however, I needed keys so went to wm and used the minute key. Got 4 keys 3 work great 1 not so much. $4 for a key that has to be worked around etc to use. Not so happy with that but other 3 work perfect. Wish they had a way besides calling to contact. Changed to 3 stars after replied to my comment and said it was positive. Obviously didn’t read it!
