Jesica done a great job on my key fob on my Nissan Altima that she done for me about a month ago. She is the best around and has absolutely the best prices as well. These guys were amazing! The guy who was dispatched to help my wife get into our car went above and beyond to help get her in the car. They were also the most affordable and quickest locksmith around, the great service was just a bonus. Would use them again if needed.

My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. I contacted Mondys to get a new key made for my older vehicle and they came out and had me taken care of the very next day. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Great folks and I highly recommend them!

On October 1, 2024 this company showed up for a roadside assistance call to change my front passenger side tire. The young man that showed up, with two of his friends in his car, did not know how to correctly place the car jack under our vehicle and damaged our retractable running board. I filed a claim with their insurance and was denied. They didn’t even bother to send someone out to assess the damage. I think it’s horrible that this company does $3300.00 worth of damage and is not willing to cover it! I now have to file a claim through my car insurance company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I needed a new key fob for my Infiniti QX60 that was going bad. I called the Infiniti dealer and was given a quote over $600 to replace which I thought was high. I looked online for a replacement fob and found one for under $25. I called Rick’s to ask if they could program a generic after market Key Fob. They said they could and quoted me $65 to program it. I ordered the key fob and brought it in to Rick’s and Matt installed it in under 15 minutes. He was very friendly. Excellent customer service!

It does take the machine a little while to make the keys i had 3 copy made and it took about 12-15 min but that included setting up my account with them and saving a digital copy of the key for future key making 2 basic keys were 14.99 and they threw in a free key with the purchase of 2 so 3 in total average about $5 per key

l got 3 keys made and all 3 of them worked great so I guess I’ll give 5 stars on quality.
I give 4 stars on value and price buy 2 get one free so u can get 3 keys for as low as 10 bucks that’s not to bad but should only cost like 3 bucks for a plain old key that’s what lock smith sells them for
So value and price I give 4 stars
Finally the entire processing from beginning to end took way to long a computer program actually scans your key then makes a new one of your design choice. Took about 3to 5 min per key to cut it out a computer program should be able to do that in under 30.secomds so 3 stars on. Speedyness for grand total of 4 a star review

The Locksmith was polite, professional, and quick.

The service starting with the lady who called me back, after my call went to voicemail was so kind, and courteous.
She set up my appointment and within 20 minutes the Locksmith had arrived. My lockout was residential and they were kind, verified my address and got the job done, without damaging my lock.

The other locksmith I called for a quote said they would have to drill and the lock wouldn’t be able to be in use again. In addition, they cost about $10-$20 more to come out, and that does not include the cost of unlocking the lock itself.
