Great experience. I like I can save my key copy and use them if I need it without having the key to make a new one. Price is ok but I’m use to paying a $1 but that was also 20 years ago. $6 a key I’ll take it. It was fast and thr key worked with no problem. Win win

Locked out of my house, was connected with a service technician who told me he would be to my house in 45 minutes. Was closer to an hour and a half. When he showed up, he did not introduce himself, and was wearing sweats. No company logo on anything he was wearing. Unprofessional to say the least. Told me my only option was to drill the deadbolt and the door handle, as both were locked, and was not given another option. The technician then proceeded to completely ruin my door throughout the 1.5 hours (!!!) it took him to unlock the door and completely ruin the locks. I have a hard time believing he knew what he was doing, as he called a friend 3 times throughout the time he was at my house. He claimed he found a key jammed in the lock and “that is why this is so difficult” – a key has NEVER been used on that lock, as it is the back door of my house and I never enter through it. After some research I have found out that a deadbolt can be unlocked without the damage he caused to my door. 2 hours later I am left with a door that needs replacing, no locks, and a $1000 bill (attached). Not sure why I was charged for drilling (x2) plus a lockout, PLUS a key extraction for a key that doesn’t exist – I even told him I have never put a key close to that lock. This was completely ridiculous and I will never be using this service again. I would have been better off (and $1000 richer) going to Lowe’s and buying a lock pick kit myself.

I tried to get a key cut at Lowes, after 10 minutes of waiting I tried this kiosk, and in less than 5 minutes had a great key. It was too easy.

I want to thank Armstrong Locksmith Inc. for making my day better after my key fob got damaged somehow. They are very skilled and precise in their work. Harrison’s (Dayson and Jared) saved the day!! We called around several places to see if we could get into our smart lock because the code some how reset and did not work. All the keys were inside the house. Well, everyone that we called said that they don’t work on smart locks, There was even a point where someone told me “we will have to break the entire lock” to get in. You could imagine how upset I was. This is a brand new house and this lock had never been used before now. When I got on the phone with Dayson, she was absolutely spectacular. She was calm friendly and said “let’s see what we can do”. She checked with someone at Harrisons said we do some can you send me a picture. I did and when I sent it she said it was one of the kind that they COULD open no problem. No breaking. She got it all approved and I was told they could send out a locksmith right away. This is exactly what I needed to hear! She was is ready to line it up within a couple of hours. The person meeting the Locksmith was not able to come until the next day so Dayson arranged a schedule for us to have Jared come at a the time. He was on time fast and done. WahLah!! Thank you Jared!! He called me to let me know he finished and took my payment. He was also extremely kind. Thank you Harrisons for hiring good people and getting the job done right! I will recommend you to others!!

The kiosk at Kroger worked great. I had tried other kiosks of other brands and they would not order a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser key. This worked, it was timely. Price was a little high but I got my backup key that I lost two years ago. It does work in the doorlock and the ignition.
