I had an amazing experience with PleasantView Locksmith and I highly recommend them!

I called around 6:30 p.m. after getting locked out of my home, and he arrived exactly when he said he would — within about 15 minutes. He got me back inside in under 10 minutes and clearly knew what he was doing.

Pricing was especially important to me, because I’ve seen how easily urgent situations like this can be taken advantage of, and that simply wasn’t the case here. I contacted a few other locksmiths in the area, and his rates were noticeably more reasonable. Even though this was an urgent, after-hours call, he didn’t take advantage of that at all — just honest, fair pricing.

What also stood out to me was how down‑to‑earth and considerate he was. He was polite, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful.

He was fast, trustworthy, and professional. It’s reassuring to have a local locksmith you can actually rely on, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call PleasantView Locksmith again.

Absolutely amazing company and owner!! Will definitely be referring his service to others! Swift service and come to find out he does heating and air as well. As much as I dreaded having something like this happen I’m eternally grateful at his swift caring service! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The lock on the front door of my workplace failed at 10:30 last night and the building could not be secured. Justin arrived quickly and spent a couple hours in the frigid night air working on the damaged mechanism. He was able to get the lock working in spite of the damage. This is this a 3rd party locksmith service and was told no. That was a lie! I’ve been getting calls back to back. If you do use their services be sure whoever they send is licensed. If you want better pricing with licensed experienced people call a local locksmith directly.

If I could leave more stars I absolutely would! Mr. Charlie is so professional and kind!
I’ve unfortunately broken a car key before and, because of the chip in my key, I was only able to get a new one at the dealership for $200. This time I broke my spare key and the dealership wanted us to pay to tow the car to them and then pay for the key – this would have been close to $500. We called Mr. Charlie and he drove to our door to help us! In no time he made us two new keys and even hooked me up with a key fob!
I would recommend this company over and over again! They saved me almost half the amount it was going to cost for the dealership to replace my keys. And we love supporting local businesses!

Paid 18$ for 3 keys and not one of them fir properly in the deadbolt,and they have to be jiggled slowly to get them into the door handle lock. Regret using this service.
