Tim came out when I was desperately in need. Having lost my fob on a trail with my dog I had already been denied by so many other options and stuck for two days before I discovered him. Once I got in contact he came within the hour and was able to get me back on the road. Thank you so much.

Mike was a professional and courteous technician who got me back into my home in a very timely manner! Definitely would recommend this company. Exceptional Service! Will Lanier was a delight to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Will not only provided excellent and clean installation of a new deadbolt lock, he also inspected and repaired existing deadbolts to ensure optimal door contact / security. They are the best here. I was quoted a price of $175 plus tax and tip for new moped keys with another company near Nashville, and Johnson’s gave me a new set of 2 keys for $45. They even agreed to meet with me multiple different times since my schedule was changing today, outside of their normal business hours to get it done! A real breath of fresh air
