Keys work but the machine dropped one key that did not make it to the bin to be collected so it shorted me one key. No customer service link in reveiw not digging that. Update it took a few days after the 2 star review for them to issue a coupon for a key. . I have yet to use it as it has not been convenient, i would have preferred a credit back to my card but hopefully the coupon works . So they get 3 stars now.
