This worked really well and provided cute keys. It was the second time I have used the KeyMe machine. The first time I used it, several months ago, one of my keys did not come out. So I used the texting service, and I was immediately reimbursed for that key! I think that’s great customer service. It was a little pricey, but it is ok it if you need a key in a hurry. You don’t have to wait for anyone to come help you. I will use it again.

I had gotten myself locked out of my work van at around 8 in the morning. These guys were on site within 20 minutes from the first call. Amazing response time. Definitely wouldn’t want to choose anybody else in case I get locked out again (which is hopefully never.)

Super friendly professionals, fair prices, and expert service. The locksmith arrived in just about twenty minutes and got the job done (one regular lock and one deadbolt) in less than 10 minutes.

We drove from Knoxville for a delivery and realized we forgot our trailer keys. Super easy to work with and the locks were off in under a minute and still able to be used once we get back to the keys! Amazing customer service and a quick stop!

I’m really disappointed to be leaving this review after seeing so many positive ones. I was hopeful this would work out to help remove a lock from my trailer hitch.

I wasn’t planning to leave a negative review until after the missed appointment. We had agreed to meet at 4:00 p.m., and I arrived on time and waited at my vehicle. About 45 minutes later, I received a call, and the conversation made it seem as though I was the one causing the inconvenience. I was also told they had called me earlier, but I never received a call. In fact, I called them twice myself, and neither call was answered.

Others may have a different experience, but reliability and communication are important to me. Based on my experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

On October 1, 2024 this company showed up for a roadside assistance call to change my front passenger side tire. The young man that showed up, with two of his friends in his car, did not know how to correctly place the car jack under our vehicle and damaged our retractable running board. I filed a claim with their insurance and was denied. They didn’t even bother to send someone out to assess the damage. I think it’s horrible that this company does $3300.00 worth of damage and is not willing to cover it! I now have to file a claim through my car insurance company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I had just bought a new vehicle for my son and needed a couple new key fobs. I dropped by and Ben took great care of me. He had me 2 new fobs programed and working perfectly within about 20 min. Great service & prices. Will be returning in a week or so for more keys when I pick up my other son’s truck and I know Ben will take good care of me again.
