My key to my car had quit working. I had it cut at Lowe’s several times over time and they had changed my car key and it wasn’t working on my door or my ignition no more. This man at Lock and Key worked on my key till he got it back to the original cut! I couldn’t believe it. I was astonished. I’m so happy with his work and will never go anywhere else!! If you need keys cut I highly recommend this company to anyone. Great job and amazing work. Kudos 🤓

I called them on a Saturday. They talked me through how to get my key to work so I could drive to their location (since I was 20mi away and he did not want to have to charge me that fee, if I could make it to them!). My key was worn out, wouldn’t unlock my doors or start my car. They provided me service, on their day off, allowing me to come to them (which isn’t typical). Once there, they cut me a key, gave me the codes to my car and updated me from a plain key to one with door unlock buttons and trunk/alarm. Charged me much less than the hardware store was going to and had me going in no time! I am very pleased with their service! I definitely recommend!!

Justin came out and installed a deadbolt for us on an existing door. Let me start by saying how difficult it is to get reliable companies to show up on time or even show up at all. I was scheduled to have the work done at 10:00 a.m. and Justin showed up exactly at 10:00 a.m. He did an amazing job and was extremely friendly. They are also the most reasonable price I found after getting three estimates. I highly recommend this company and Justin.

My daughter picked out the butter fly key. It cut the key very quick and accurately. I appreciate its location in the neighborhood Walmart and made it easier to do instead of having to go somewhere else.

Wanted spare key made for my truck and what I got was just a different key. My old one no longer works so I still have only one key. One key for $370.. I called them and told them what happened and they wanted to charge me for another key. I’m still in the same boat if I lose my key . Defeated the whole purpose of what I was trying to accomplish.
