Just wanted to give a shout out to American Lock and Key.
Charles came out to do some work on the locks at my mom’s house and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service.. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing.. His attention to detail and genuine care for making sure my mom felt safe and secure really stood out.

The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service, skill, and kindness – and Charles delivered all three.. I highly recommend American Lock and Key and will definitely call them again for any future locksmith needs!!

The lock on the front door of my workplace failed at 10:30 last night and the building could not be secured. Justin arrived quickly and spent a couple hours in the frigid night air working on the damaged mechanism. He was able to get the lock working in spite of the damage. Mike was a professional and courteous technician who got me back into my home in a very timely manner! Definitely would recommend this company. l got 3 keys made and all 3 of them worked great so I guess I’ll give 5 stars on quality.
I give 4 stars on value and price buy 2 get one free so u can get 3 keys for as low as 10 bucks that’s not to bad but should only cost like 3 bucks for a plain old key that’s what lock smith sells them for
So value and price I give 4 stars
Finally the entire processing from beginning to end took way to long a computer program actually scans your key then makes a new one of your design choice. Took about 3to 5 min per key to cut it out a computer program should be able to do that in under 30.secomds so 3 stars on. Speedyness for grand total of 4 a star review

David was very friendly, polite and understanding when I explained our situation. The keyless lock on our rv wasn’t working and our son forgot to put the key back in its hiding spot. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We were fortunate that David was able to get to us in about 20 minutes and had us inside less than 10 minutes later. I would highly recommend this company.
