From the phone call to the finish was a really good experience. I called to ask if they could repair a car fob and program a new fob that I had bought. The lady told me about these new replacement parts for fobs that fixes the most common problem for $30. She was professional on the phone. I went there and the young man immediately fixed the fob. It was what the lady had said. He then programmed my other fob. I don’t know how long I was there but it seemed less than an hour. I was busy talking with the lady. I enjoyed her company. I wish I had gotten her name.

Made me pay to cancel a service in the same second, found the key on the phone with the lady didn’t even get a price yet and got charged $30 just to be on the phone with the apparently. Absolutely insane.

My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. Reliable, responsive, expert knowledge, great folks to deal with. Highly recommend.

A button was stuck and didn’t work on my car fob. They fixed it super fast. Before A-1, I had called another place and was quoted $300+ to replace the fob as the only option. A-1 charge me 1/10 that. I was so relieved!
