The person on the phone misquoted us about $100 less than the actual charge and we wasted gas to find out he was wrong. Please train your people better. We decided to just go to Lexus for a key fob. I. Spinello already were incompetent on their quotes on prices.

Great service there. Steve helped us out and he got two out of three of our key fobs working for our Toyota. He even threw in a free battery. Would recommend them.

The KeyMe equipment was convenient, instructions were perfect and to receive three keys only took 5 – 10 minutes. The only issue was that one of the keys wasn’t the one I requested but I may have touched the screen incorrectly.

I didnt know we had locksmiths in Morristown until I needed one cause I locked my keys in my car on a chilly morning. They were at my house fast and got me in my car even faster. Im glad I stumbled on this company in my time of need and know who I will call or recommend if services are needed. I didnt call around to price check but felt like their prices are very affordable for the service especially given how everything is so expensive these days.

They rekeyed our home after a move and were great. The pricing wasn’t as straightforward as the person on the phone just asked about doors while the tech that came out counted the locks on the door as separate. It ended up costing a bit more but not too bad.
