Our son lost the only keyfob (Keyless Start) to our car, while moving his new wife into his apartment! We contacted several local locksmiths in Chatt on Saturday evening, and Jessica was the first to contact us back within 5 min! She said it would be $250, but that she was on another job, and wasn’t sure if she had the key we needed in stock, but said she would let us know as soon as she got back to her shop. An hour later, she texted me back, and Unfortunately, she didn’t have the key in stock. She mentioned to please be careful calling “remote” locksmiths, that most are not local and are scammers! She gave me 3 local companies to call, to see if they could help, but I didn’t hear back from any of them.
On Sunday, she texted me again to check on us, and I told her we still hadn’t talked to anyone. She told me she could order what we needed and have it shipped overnight, and she could have it by Tues. She recommended me to call one specific locksmith who was also local, and she knows personally, and said if he couldn’t take care of us today, to let her know before 1, so she could order the fob we needed, and have it by Tues.
Thankfully the other company had the keyfob in stock, and he is meeting our son this afternoon to program the new keyfob! He is a little more $ then what Jessica had quoted, but being able to drive his car a day earlier was worth the extra expense. If he had not had the key already in stock, we would have DEFINETLY called Jessica back and had her order the new keyfob for us!
I need to mention, when I talked toToyota about a new key, they said it would be $650 +tax AND we would have to have the car towed to their dealership!
I would HIGHLY recommend calling Jessica @ Urban before calling anyone else in Chattanooga for your Locksmith needs!! She went ABOVE & BEYOND for us, and we are so THANKFUL she got us taken care by recommending another locksmith who she TRUSTED would get the job done!

Super friendly professionals, fair prices, and expert service. The locksmith arrived in just about twenty minutes and got the job done (one regular lock and one deadbolt) in less than 10 minutes.

I highly recommend The Lock Doc if you ever locked yourself out of your home (they do cars and other stuff, too, though).

AAA was able to cut a truck key for me that the dealership could not, at an unbeatable price and with great customer service. I would highly recommend them and will use them for all my lock & key needs in the future.

We drove from Knoxville for a delivery and realized we forgot our trailer keys. Super easy to work with and the locks were off in under a minute and still able to be used once we get back to the keys! Amazing customer service and a quick stop!

I’m really disappointed to be leaving this review after seeing so many positive ones. I was hopeful this would work out to help remove a lock from my trailer hitch.

I wasn’t planning to leave a negative review until after the missed appointment. We had agreed to meet at 4:00 p.m., and I arrived on time and waited at my vehicle. About 45 minutes later, I received a call, and the conversation made it seem as though I was the one causing the inconvenience. I was also told they had called me earlier, but I never received a call. In fact, I called them twice myself, and neither call was answered.

Others may have a different experience, but reliability and communication are important to me. Based on my experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This business sent a man to our home (less than 5 miles from business), spent total of 30 minutes from arrival to departing. He opened broken lock on front door. Charge was $349.00. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS unless you want to be ripped off. They were asked for price up front but “needed to view problem first.” I see why they don’t offer up front estimates. My husband replaced lock with part from Ace Hardware for less than &10.

I had just bought a new vehicle for my son and needed a couple new key fobs. I dropped by and Ben took great care of me. He had me 2 new fobs programed and working perfectly within about 20 min. Great service & prices. Will be returning in a week or so for more keys when I pick up my other son’s truck and I know Ben will take good care of me again.

They were super friendly and responded extremely quick. I locked myself out of my U-Haul while doing a job for my business, and U-Haul was trying to charge me $200 to unlock the truck. Fox sound came in handy, charging me a fraction of that cost and allowing me to get back to work. Definitely definitely recommend.
