I do not recommend using KeyMe as a locksmithing service. I called the number on their website when I couldn’t find information for any other locksmiths in Athens. But rather than sending out a skilled locksmith, they sent out a third-party technician who destructively forced my door open with screwdrivers. The charge for this was $200. Additionally, there was a language barrier, so he didn’t appear to understand my complaint with what he had done.

Robert is the best! Highly recommend. I was struggling with a variety of lock issues and he was able to assist me within a day, he fixed everything, made me new keys, and even saved me some money by repairing one lock instead of installing a new one. Very fast and efficient. Super nice guy too!

James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.

My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. Reliable, responsive, expert knowledge, great folks to deal with. Highly recommend.
