**UPDATE**
Had to block 17 different phone numbers but the calls have stopped as for now! If you block one, they call back with another number. And like I said.. I had told them the prior day to disregard my call and I would pass on their service. Any good review here was posted by their friends/family I’m quiet sure

My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. Reliable, responsive, expert knowledge, great folks to deal with. Highly recommend.

Called to have a tech come to our church building to repair a lock on an outside metal door. The key was only working intermittently.
In less than an hour a technician came. He said he was Tech the Tech.
He took the entire lock apart, aligned all the parts, lubricated and sealed it, and at our request made some new keys on the spot to replace our old worn ones.
He was polite, personable, professional, efficient, and knowledgable. We plan to have him back to replace some other hardware.

Just wanted to give a shout out to American Lock and Key.
Charles came out to do some work on the locks at my mom’s house and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service.. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing.. His attention to detail and genuine care for making sure my mom felt safe and secure really stood out.

That was highly upset with this because I paid $22 for three sets of keys One of them supposed to be in free at a kiosk machine at Kroger’s on Clinton highway it didn’t even print me out of receipt The keys do not even fit my door so I lost $22 and the key don’t even work I can’t even take it back because I don’t even have a receipt

Michael at Oak Ridge Locksmith changed the locks in our new house and he was very professional and knowledgeable. This is the second time we’ve used OR Locksmith and both times were great. They are very affordable as well.

Fairly easy to use, but when it said you can enter the number on the machine into the app to make copies, I could not find any number. This would be an issue if you do a digital copy, but I was copying a physical key, it wasn’t a big deal. Good value.
