I had an absolute y fantastic experience with Empire! First off, I LOVE that this is a family owned business. My technician, Justin, was so sweet and professional the entire time. I had to get multiple locks rekeyed, and he installed an electronic lock opener I had bought. It was so much quicker than expected and the cost was absolutely reasonable. If I ever need their service again, this is who I’ll be calling

Sako is a locksmith master! We were having intermittent issues with a highly complex multipoint lock system on a discontinued French door and were facing the possibility of a $30k door replacement. Sako diagnosed and repaired the issue in under an hour. Seriously impressed and incredibly grateful.

We’ve also used Armstrong Locksmith for a Land Rover key replacement, and pricing was very competitive. Best locksmith in Nashville, hands down.

I hope I never need a locksmith again BUT if I do, I’ll use this company. The smith showed up on time and kept me updated as to when he would arrive. He tried really hard to minimize damage to my property but ultimately ended up having to drill the deadbolt. I really appreciate the extra effort. Finally, the price was very reasonable for the work he put in. Great job!

I got the buy 2 get one free. I selected 2 of the same key (the butterfly key) and one of the paw print. What I received was a blue dotted key, a butterfly key and paw print key. So 2 out of 3 but they all did work
