James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.

Timely, efficient, polite and trustworthy. Was a huge help and saved me LOTS when it came to getting my home locks changed. He could have charged me for replacing everything when the lock company had had a recall that I didn’t know about. Instead he was honest and told me the measures to take to get the company to replace for free due to the recall. Installed everything quickly and rekeyed so all locks would have same key.

I bought 2 keys and neither worked to open our locks. I contacted Minute key with the issue and they promptly refunded my money. I have used them in the past and will use them again. Thank you Minute Key for your excellent customer service! I’m only rating 4.5 just because the keys didn’t work this time.

Mike was a professional and courteous technician who got me back into my home in a very timely manner! Definitely would recommend this company. I had used this company before to have an additional vehicle key made….. never had a problem with it while I owned the vehicle before eventually trading it to another.

I chose what the screen offered in mailbox or special type locks. Mins is double sided and it is a private mailbox we purchased. It has a buy 2 get one free so I chose 2 mailbox keys what I got was a small “”Master M1” key that was not even close to mine. So basically I paid $15 for only 1 working key. Not the first bad experience with this service. Last year I did one but the kiosk didn’t have my key in stock so they said it would be made and mailed to me from another location…. Never go those either
The fact the the cheapest key is $6 and change is absolutely ridiculous!!! Never again will I ever use this thing 🤬

If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t know if I called near closing time or what, but mid conversation I was hung up on. No less than five calls and thirty minutes of being on hold later, I’m still stranded on the side of the road. Some representative of this company seriously dropped the ball.
UPDATE, this response from the company was nothing but lip service. I followed up with the email address provided and received zero response, same as the day I was left stranded. Your business is a joke and you’re a clown of an owner.
