From the phone call to the finish was a really good experience. I called to ask if they could repair a car fob and program a new fob that I had bought. The lady told me about these new replacement parts for fobs that fixes the most common problem for $30. She was professional on the phone. I went there and the young man immediately fixed the fob. It was what the lady had said. He then programmed my other fob. I don’t know how long I was there but it seemed less than an hour. I was busy talking with the lady. I enjoyed her company. I wish I had gotten her name.

I called to get 2 keys cut for my vehicle and was told it would be $160 because I already had the keys, but because they were not supplying the keys they couldn’t guarantee they would program. I told them that’s fine. They came out and cut the keys and asked was I sure I wanted them programmed and I said yes. He told me it would be an additional $120 to program them. I told him Nevermind I’ll just pay the $160. Then he told me it would be $210 because it was $170 plus $40 charge for coming out. I told him that was not what he told me over the phone. I paid him the $210 but that’s just terrible way to run a business.

I did not realize I can have a key made so fast very convenient and it’s pretty simple to operate. I had no idea this kiosk was there. I tried it, I had a key made, and I’m really glad I did wonderful idea worked out perfect.

Made me pay to cancel a service in the same second, found the key on the phone with the lady didn’t even get a price yet and got charged $30 just to be on the phone with the apparently. Absolutely insane.

Great local company to get a 2nd key made or any other locksmith need. The owner is an honest great guy. My business has used them a couple times. I highly recommend anyone needing a locksmith give them a chance and I am sure you will use them again and again.

Scammers, called a man out to program a key fob to my can and after trying multiple keys he claims the only way was to buy a $220 key with a fob knowing it wouldn’t work for my car . Then charged me $29 for just coming out that is a straight up scam . Worst lock smiths in the city

While I’m happy with the convenience and the fact that the key works perfectly, the value just isn’t there anymore. Charging nearly $7 for one copy is ridiculous compared to the old $1.99 – $ 2.99 price point. I’d love to keep using this service, but the price is becoming a dealbreaker.
