I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but after this morning it’s not going to happen. I needed my vehicle towed to Collierville and chose them because they had the best rate but their service is very lacking. I originally scheduled a tow with them last week and was told it would be a couple of hours before they could get to me. A couple hours go by and no wrecker, so I try calling them multiple times to get an update. Nobody answered and I couldn’t leave a message because their mailbox is full. Eventually I just wanted to tell them that I didn’t need a tow anymore but again no answer or a returned call. I called them this morning for a tow again and was told they would have somebody here in about an hour. The wrecker shows up. I heard it outside for a minute idling so I figured maybe they need me to move my truck for better access to my car. Nope, by the time I headed outside to see if he/she needed me to move my truck or to push my car into the street, they were driving off. Yet again, they did not answer my calls nor did I receive a call from them. As I said, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because of their rates but now I can’t. Maybe you’ll have better luck than I did. I definitely will not be recommending them to anybody.

Insanely overpriced! $6.00 was the cheapest key and they went up from there to $8.00 per key and up! Convenience is a good thing if you’re needing just one quick key but it certainly doesn’t work for an investor with rental properties. I’m often copying three to ten keys a week. Thanks but no thanks! I’ll go to my little mom and pop hardware store where I can still find a live human to copy the key and it’s only $1.45 a pop.

Mike was a professional and courteous technician who got me back into my home in a very timely manner! Definitely would recommend this company. I had used this company before to have an additional vehicle key made….. never had a problem with it while I owned the vehicle before eventually trading it to another.
