Great local locksmith. Returned my call and was there the next day before noon to program a key for me. He was very efficient and friendly and a better price than the others I called. Definitely recommend them if you need a locksmith!

The lock on the front door of my workplace failed at 10:30 last night and the building could not be secured. Justin arrived quickly and spent a couple hours in the frigid night air working on the damaged mechanism. He was able to get the lock working in spite of the damage. He called me almost immediately right back after leaving him a detailed voicemail about my situation, he came to Manchester and even offered to give me a ride to my locked vehicle at Walmart, let me stay warm while he got my broken key out of the door and vehicle unlocked, made & programed me a new key & lock fob.. Great price for everything he had to do to get me back going! Thanks again Rob!

After a crazy night my keys were lost. The rep that called said he could be at the car in 16 minutes AND he was at the car in 16 minutes!! Very efficient thorough and even gave me kind words while I was loosing my mind about my keys!! They are added to my contacts now!!

Mike was a professional and courteous technician who got me back into my home in a very timely manner! Definitely would recommend this company. I didnt know we had locksmiths in Morristown until I needed one cause I locked my keys in my car on a chilly morning. They were at my house fast and got me in my car even faster. Im glad I stumbled on this company in my time of need and know who I will call or recommend if services are needed. I didnt call around to price check but felt like their prices are very affordable for the service especially given how everything is so expensive these days.

They are the best here. I was quoted a price of $175 plus tax and tip for new moped keys with another company near Nashville, and Johnson’s gave me a new set of 2 keys for $45. They even agreed to meet with me multiple different times since my schedule was changing today, outside of their normal business hours to get it done! A real breath of fresh air
