Just had them here tonight, locked myself out of my car. They were quick to arrive and even quicker to open up my car! So polite and understanding. I appreciate the amazing service, even at 10pm!

David was very friendly, polite and understanding when I explained our situation. The keyless lock on our rv wasn’t working and our son forgot to put the key back in its hiding spot. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We were fortunate that David was able to get to us in about 20 minutes and had us inside less than 10 minutes later. I would highly recommend this company.

Nate came to my location in under 4 mins and saved the day. Locked my keys in my work truck and he took care of it in 30 seconds. Very good attitude and all around good hearted guy. Pricing was way lower than expected as well!

My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. He did a great job. He fixed two deadbolt locks that had ceased to work, rekeyed all outside doors, and made all the keys I needed right here at my house. I tried all of them when he finished to make sure they all worked easily. I highly recommend Sumner Lock and Key!

The Locksmith was polite, professional, and quick.

The service starting with the lady who called me back, after my call went to voicemail was so kind, and courteous.
She set up my appointment and within 20 minutes the Locksmith had arrived. My lockout was residential and they were kind, verified my address and got the job done, without damaging my lock.

The other locksmith I called for a quote said they would have to drill and the lock wouldn’t be able to be in use again. In addition, they cost about $10-$20 more to come out, and that does not include the cost of unlocking the lock itself.

Mike was a professional and courteous technician who got me back into my home in a very timely manner! Definitely would recommend this company. I lost the key to my 2015 Nissan Quest and I called and the technician came out and programmed a new key for me within 30 minutes! Total cost was $185 which was over half the price the dealership quoted me! All in all great and very reasonably priced! Will be using ABC for all my lock and key needs in the future.

Never came out. The representative said the service person would call within 10 minutes and 4 hours later still no call. Thankfully my dad had a spare, but he had to make a 3 hour round trip drive to help us. Nearly 12 hours later, and still no call from the service person.

Called this place 3 times a few minutes before 4:00pm. First call was answered by computer and I was sent to another computer that kept asking for my zip code and telling me that they have no one in Madisonville. I called back 2 more times and finally got a real person on the phone only to be cut off when I was explaining what I needed and sent back to the same computer both times. Will never call or use these people.
