Called them multiple times over a hour long period. Kept getting told a technician would call me. Never received a phone call even waiting 30mins before calling back. After calling back the forth time was told they have no technician in the area. When the website says they are located 12mins down the road from me. Asked him who I might could call or why I wasnt told that the original time I called. Just to be hungup on by a rude customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Plan to leave a review on all available review sites

My kiddo recently lost the only key to her car. After weeks of searching we had given up. We called 2 dealerships and 2-3 auto locksmiths with 0 results / call backs. I recently had my car stolen and decided to have my house lock rekeyed out of an abundance of caution. Gi locksmith’s website was super accessible and I was able to see that they serviced Baldwin brand locks which can be super tricky and expensive. They arrived the same day I called them, rekeyed the lock, and made multiple keys for me in no time. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and pricing was straightforward. So many women I know have had bad experiences with locksmiths but this company is 10/10 and I highly recommend!

It was so cold and I was stuck without a way to get in my car. I called them and he was here within 15 minutes. It was unlocked, a new key made and Moe was so helpful. I would give 10 stars if possible. I HIGHLY recommend this company and praise them for their great customer service.
