Exceptional customer service! Scott came and placed a dead bolt on my front door. The locksmith who was originally scheduled had a death in the family (keep them in prayer). However, they promptly arranged for someone to come in his place in order to ensure my deadbolt was installed on today! They never even checked to see if they could move the appointment, just made it happen. That is customer service at its finest. This is not the first time we’ve used Crocker Locksmith, they never disappoint! Always friendly and professional! If you need Locksmith Service, this is the place!!

The key was too expensive. Way to many questions and offer to get me to spend more money on an already over priced key. The key works well. If a person made my key I wouldn’t have my time wasted with texts and offers from a machine.
