I made an appointment for today & got to Central Auto Repair almost exactly at 10 AM when they opened. Felix is a good natured man & greeted me with a smile. He had the exact key with attached remote for my 10 year old Jeep. He cut the new key & programmed it to my Jeep quickly & efficiently!!
I was out the door in about 20 minutes & his price was less than 1/3 of what a dealership quoted me! The dealership wanted me to drop my Jeep off for 3 hours “because it takes a long time to program the key!”
I highly recommend this business! 👏🏆

James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.

The Locksmith was polite, professional, and quick.

The service starting with the lady who called me back, after my call went to voicemail was so kind, and courteous.
She set up my appointment and within 20 minutes the Locksmith had arrived. My lockout was residential and they were kind, verified my address and got the job done, without damaging my lock.

The other locksmith I called for a quote said they would have to drill and the lock wouldn’t be able to be in use again. In addition, they cost about $10-$20 more to come out, and that does not include the cost of unlocking the lock itself.

If I could leave more stars I absolutely would! Mr. Charlie is so professional and kind!
I’ve unfortunately broken a car key before and, because of the chip in my key, I was only able to get a new one at the dealership for $200. This time I broke my spare key and the dealership wanted us to pay to tow the car to them and then pay for the key – this would have been close to $500. We called Mr. Charlie and he drove to our door to help us! In no time he made us two new keys and even hooked me up with a key fob!
I would recommend this company over and over again! They saved me almost half the amount it was going to cost for the dealership to replace my keys. And we love supporting local businesses!
