Called this place 3 times a few minutes before 4:00pm. First call was answered by computer and I was sent to another computer that kept asking for my zip code and telling me that they have no one in Madisonville. I called back 2 more times and finally got a real person on the phone only to be cut off when I was explaining what I needed and sent back to the same computer both times. Will never call or use these people.

The best! I was stranded with my corvette and Desmond came to help after AAA and American Towing and Recovery not only refused but lied. Desmond is a great guy and he took extra care helping me get the car safely and secured on his truck without damaging it. He went above and beyond being careful. I highly recommend him and his company for any towing situation!!

Never came out. The representative said the service person would call within 10 minutes and 4 hours later still no call. Thankfully my dad had a spare, but he had to make a 3 hour round trip drive to help us. Nearly 12 hours later, and still no call from the service person.
