I had a total of 6 keys made at two different kiosks and 3 of them don’t work at all and the other 3 work sometimes with some wiggling. I feel like the kiosks could use some work.

These guys were great. They made me a duplicate key for my padlock for my storage unit and told me if the key does not work they would see about possibly cutting my padlock. They didn’t even charge me for it until we were certain I’m if the key works for the padlock. Once I figured out the reason why my main keys broke so easy from previous locksmith I had keys made from. I didn’t get the locksmith name but he even tried to alternate it to where it doesn’t get stuck again but he realize it was no way he could so he just made me 2 new keys for my padlock for a little of nothing $6.04. Thanks Guys I will be return back to this establishment for future business and I will definitely make sure I referred family and friends here to this business. God Bless 🙏🏾

I locked my keys in my car and they were there within 25 minutes to help, quickly unlocked the door without any damage to my vehicle. He also made me a spare key right there which I appreciate so much. Excellent service, excellent price, very polite and professional.

The Locksmith was polite, professional, and quick.

The service starting with the lady who called me back, after my call went to voicemail was so kind, and courteous.
She set up my appointment and within 20 minutes the Locksmith had arrived. My lockout was residential and they were kind, verified my address and got the job done, without damaging my lock.

The other locksmith I called for a quote said they would have to drill and the lock wouldn’t be able to be in use again. In addition, they cost about $10-$20 more to come out, and that does not include the cost of unlocking the lock itself.

After a crazy night my keys were lost. The rep that called said he could be at the car in 16 minutes AND he was at the car in 16 minutes!! Very efficient thorough and even gave me kind words while I was loosing my mind about my keys!! They are added to my contacts now!!

Tyler and Jimmy arrived right on time as promised! They let me know their arrival window would be between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m., and they showed up at 9:25. I really appreciate their promptness and professionalism. I had contacted five other locksmith companies, and not one returned my call—even after I left voicemails! I highly recommend their services. I was in the Medina area, and they were able to come out quickly to assist me.

I got my doors re-keyed and ask for 3 keys as well as assistance with installing a smart lock. Which totaled up to $235.
