Called to have a tech come to our church building to repair a lock on an outside metal door. The key was only working intermittently.
In less than an hour a technician came. He said he was Tech the Tech.
He took the entire lock apart, aligned all the parts, lubricated and sealed it, and at our request made some new keys on the spot to replace our old worn ones.
He was polite, personable, professional, efficient, and knowledgable. We plan to have him back to replace some other hardware.

We had an issue with our front door and couldn’t get it to open because the dead bolt was stuck in the lock. I called keyhub and Omar was at our house in less than 30 minutes. He fixed our front door issue and since we already had a new lock to put on, he installed it with no additional charge.
He couldn’t have been any more friendlier.
We would definitely recommend him to others and would use them in the future!

My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. If I could give more stars I would! Awesome, awesome team. Came in with a lock to our back door that had…pretty much exploded. They got it fixed up and put back together beautifully with no issues. Told me this was for a service fee lol. Not sure what the 95 dollar charge is for if not the service. I would recommend using any other method to get into your car than this company.

Michael at Oak Ridge Locksmith changed the locks in our new house and he was very professional and knowledgeable. This is the second time we’ve used OR Locksmith and both times were great. They are very affordable as well.
