Lake front lock and key = lifesavers!! After calling, they arrived on scene within 20 minutes. In the past, lock smiths I have used before have always drilled through the deadbolt and left me with a giant hole in my door but I did not experience this with lakefront! The locksmith tried multiple times to enter and after 20min of hard effort, he was in and without causing damage whatsoever! They were very professional and easy to work with unlike most locksmiths I’ve used in the past. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Called them multiple times over a hour long period. Kept getting told a technician would call me. Never received a phone call even waiting 30mins before calling back. After calling back the forth time was told they have no technician in the area. When the website says they are located 12mins down the road from me. Asked him who I might could call or why I wasnt told that the original time I called. Just to be hungup on by a rude customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Plan to leave a review on all available review sites

Jeff and his team did a great job moving a safe for me. 1000lb safe down stairs and across town with no issues. They have the equipment and knowledge. Really nice people. Veteran. Highly recommend.

I lost the key to my car they came and made and programmed a new key for me just like that! I am so thankful!

My family and I had our only key fob on our Honda Odyssey go bad while on vacation here a couple weeks ago. It was late in the day Friday and traffic was terrible, but he took the call and showed up quickly. Not only did he get a new key cut and reprogrammed in less than 20 minutes( which isn’t always an easy process being a Honda), but he also gave us a jump after battery went bad from repeated attempts to start earlier in the day. He was friendly, straight to the point and got us out of a tight spot without price gouging considering what he could have charged. Not many people left out there like that. Highly recommend and if you are the owner reading this, thank you so much!!

I accidentally locked my keys in my car while my son and I were shopping in Sevierville. It took over an hour for them to get to us. I didn’t have my phone with me so my husband was calling for us. I had to borrow a phone to call him to tell them they still hadn’t come. When he called the shop to find out where they were, the guy told him that he came by and couldn’t find us so went back to the shop. Didn’t call my husband or try to find us or anything. He also failed to mention that it was cash only. I didn’t have cash on me so after he got the car open, he followed me to an ATM. While I was getting money out of the ATM, he started talking to some of his buddies that were at that gas station. I was very unhappy with the way we were treated and the lack of professionalism extended to us.

We just had both our vehicles detailed and let me just say I work construction so the driver area gets destroyed. After 9 years and 170k miles my f150 looks brand new again inside and out. I would have never thought it could have ever been brought back to this condition. Very reasonable price. Super quick. Very nice folks. Will definitely be doing more business here.
