Bubba was able to resolve my car key issue over the phone. He acted as an honest man, he could have easily insisted on coming out and charging me a service call fee. Instead he let me know my car didn’t have a chip and that my spare key would work in the ignition. Thank you again! I will be recommending your business to friends, family and strangers.

A-1 Locksmith has Master keyed all my doors so I don’t have to carry so many keys. He was very efficient and the price was right. He has came to my rescue when I got locked out of my house too!

I had my Infinity Key fob ran over and I still had the vehicle on since it’s a push to start.

I called around and after receiving a very high quote from an infinity dealership for around $600 (new oem fob with programming along with a 3+ hour wait time)I found Lorin.

He gave me options and even recommendations to other nearby locksmiths. One of the options were for a nice universal fob at a FAR more affordable price. I arrived at his place same day and he got me taken care of quickly. HE IS LEGIT. Afterwards he informed me that if I’d like he would even be able to order an oem one and program it for a slightly higher price than the universal. WOULD USE HIM AGAIN

I was double charged for 1 key. After swiping my card, it cancelled the order because of an error, and said the money would be refunded. I tried again and the 2nd time worked. The money has not been refunded yet, $14.14 since Nov 4th

Wow! It’s been a long time since I’ve encountered high quality customer service like this at BLK. I called ahead to make sure they were open and accepted walk-ins. Ryler answered the phone after the first ring. I told him what my problem was (the best I could. I suck at all things hardware) he answered my question but added he’d need to see the item to be 100% sure. I appreciated that. I asked when I could come by the store, he said someone would always be there from 8AM – 4PM. What?! Shocking, right? I pulled up and there was no waiting. He fixed my problem and within minutes. I had prepared my self to pay at least $50. I know how expensive things are nowadays and this is a business. He told me not to worry about it. Say what?!!! Those are words I never hear anymore.

I’m done going to Home Depot and Loews for anything key or lock related. For me it’s Brooks. It looks as if Brooks has wide selection of all-things-locks to sell too.

I locked myself out of my truck on a Thursday morning. An extremely fair, honest, and respectable gentleman arrived at my home. He showed up and amazed me at how skilled he was at his profession. I was very appreciative of his skill and expertise and he was the most skilled locksmith I’ve ever met. 10/10 WOULD recommend again. He was a very respectable man and would trust him any day of the week.

The process was relatively simple, but way overpriced at $7 for one basic house key where only my effort/ labor was required.

I’ll definitely shop around the next time I need a key made.

AJ is the best!! My keys fell off my key ring leaving the house and was locked out for hours , despite trying our self’s for hours , we decided to let AJ handle it! He was speedy quick with it being after hours (10:00 at night!) even making us duplicates of our keys while he was here and he is just such a genuine man who cares about his customers with great prices!!!
