Zach was at my location within 10 minutes of my call. Kept me updated on his ETA and once he arrived he got to work. He got me back inside quickly, made me more keys and went above and beyond to tighten some door knobs. Was very nice, respectful and explained everything perfectly. Highly recommend!

SUPER nice and were so helpful during what ended up being a Whole week long Ordeal trying to get a replacement car key cut, went above and beyond trying to help solve the issue! Even came down on their day off to help fix the problem, and called multiple times throughout the entire process the week before to offer advice to help attempt to solve the issue more quickly. Would definitely call them for any other lock or key issues I have in the future!

Exceptional customer service! Scott came and placed a dead bolt on my front door. The locksmith who was originally scheduled had a death in the family (keep them in prayer). However, they promptly arranged for someone to come in his place in order to ensure my deadbolt was installed on today! They never even checked to see if they could move the appointment, just made it happen. That is customer service at its finest. This is not the first time we’ve used Crocker Locksmith, they never disappoint! Always friendly and professional! If you need Locksmith Service, this is the place!!
