My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. Reliable, responsive, expert knowledge, great folks to deal with. Highly recommend.

True professional it’s very rare to see someone with the expertise to pull modules out of Porsche’s and BMW’s, make you keys the PROPER way, at the same time for a very fair price compared to the Dealer or as I like to call them, the Stealer.

They are the best here. I was quoted a price of $175 plus tax and tip for new moped keys with another company near Nashville, and Johnson’s gave me a new set of 2 keys for $45. They even agreed to meet with me multiple different times since my schedule was changing today, outside of their normal business hours to get it done! A real breath of fresh air

He called me almost immediately right back after leaving him a detailed voicemail about my situation, he came to Manchester and even offered to give me a ride to my locked vehicle at Walmart, let me stay warm while he got my broken key out of the door and vehicle unlocked, made & programed me a new key & lock fob.. After a crazy night my keys were lost. The rep that called said he could be at the car in 16 minutes AND he was at the car in 16 minutes!! Very efficient thorough and even gave me kind words while I was loosing my mind about my keys!! They are added to my contacts now!!

First of all they were able to come out the same day. The technician was professional, fast, and knowledgeable. The picr was great also. I needed a transponder key made for my vehicle. This was a lot less painful than going to the dealership. I got y’all locked in my phone.
