Just wanted to give a shout out to American Lock and Key.
Charles came out to do some work on the locks at my mom’s house and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service.. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing.. His attention to detail and genuine care for making sure my mom felt safe and secure really stood out.

The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service, skill, and kindness – and Charles delivered all three.. I highly recommend American Lock and Key and will definitely call them again for any future locksmith needs!!

My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold. Great attitude for the crcumsrnces. Just a nice young man. Service was excellent nd responsive to a desperate situation. Long story short. Reliable, responsive, expert knowledge, great folks to deal with. Highly recommend.

I contacted Mondys to get a new key made for my older vehicle and they came out and had me taken care of the very next day. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Great folks and I highly recommend them!

I was locked out of my truck at the Gaylord hotel at Opryland Nashville. They arrived very fast, and this place isn’t easy to find your way around. He found us. Was very fast, friendly and courteous. I needed a receipt and the associate sent it and called me to assure that I received it! Very good company! Very good associate as well! I think his name was Grady but he was super helpful!
