The lock on the front door of my workplace failed at 10:30 last night and the building could not be secured. Justin arrived quickly and spent a couple hours in the frigid night air working on the damaged mechanism. He was able to get the lock working in spite of the damage. They are completely over priced. I live in Nashville but work in Hendersonville I locked my keys in my car trying to leave work, after waiting for almost 2 hours for the tech to show up I was charged $172 to unlock my car. The only good thing is it took her less than 5 seconds to unlock it other than that I will never use this company never again.

He did a great job. He fixed two deadbolt locks that had ceased to work, rekeyed all outside doors, and made all the keys I needed right here at my house. I tried all of them when he finished to make sure they all worked easily. I highly recommend Sumner Lock and Key!

Price with you from other kiosk company went from $4 to $5.99. I can now have a key made cheaper at Lowes or Home Depot. The process was much slower than before. I wont be back.

I ordered 6 copies and saved 50% since I was willing to wait for the keys to arrive in the mail. I was disappointed that the keys were very rough cut and I had to use a wire circular brush on my Dremel tool to smooth the edges enough to be able to insert the keys and pull them out. This should have been done before shipping them to me.

Purchased 5 keys for my home front door and none of them work. I have tried deburring them more (machine does not do a great job of this) and I even put graphite powder in the door lock yet all the keys, accept for my original key, do not work. I will never use this machine/product again. Do not waste your money.
