Excellent service. With late notice I dropped off 6 locks to be rekeyed and was able to pick them up that afternoon. Tony is a friendly and knowledgeable smith and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I will call on him for any future locksmith needs with complete confidence.

Scam artists, be very careful. Quoted one rate over the phone for lock changes. After completing the job I’m told I owe over 3x the quoted price! An argument ensues as they begin to blame their dispatcher for a lack of transparency on pricing. Lack of transparency is not the burden of a customer when you’re in business. The story was not very believable either but I felt very uncomfortable arguing with someone who had reprogrammed my doors and locks. They then started negotiating down the price but refused to accept what was quoted. I would steer clear as this was very shady and unethical business practices.

I went to the store with my bicycle battery that needed to be extracted from it’s locked plastic case (lost the key). I had a mobile lock person try for 3 minutes and when I asked how much it would cost me, it was going to be $150.00. I declined their estimate/service. Took it to Green VAlley Lock and Safe and explained the situation. They had it unlocked in less than 15 seconds!!! Cost: $30.00. Kind, efficient and very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

The Locksmith was polite, professional, and quick.

The service starting with the lady who called me back, after my call went to voicemail was so kind, and courteous.
She set up my appointment and within 20 minutes the Locksmith had arrived. My lockout was residential and they were kind, verified my address and got the job done, without damaging my lock.

The other locksmith I called for a quote said they would have to drill and the lock wouldn’t be able to be in use again. In addition, they cost about $10-$20 more to come out, and that does not include the cost of unlocking the lock itself.

Tyler and Jimmy arrived right on time as promised! They let me know their arrival window would be between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m., and they showed up at 9:25. I really appreciate their promptness and professionalism. I had contacted five other locksmith companies, and not one returned my call—even after I left voicemails! I highly recommend their services. I was in the Medina area, and they were able to come out quickly to assist me.

I got my doors re-keyed and ask for 3 keys as well as assistance with installing a smart lock. Which totaled up to $235.
