Just wanted to give a shout out to American Lock and Key.
Charles came out to do some work on the locks at my mom’s house and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service.. He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing.. His attention to detail and genuine care for making sure my mom felt safe and secure really stood out.

The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service, skill, and kindness – and Charles delivered all three.. I highly recommend American Lock and Key and will definitely call them again for any future locksmith needs!!

My key doesn’t work at all. Period. And once I decided to check out the refund option in my text messages by clicking their link my order can’t be found, even though iv entered all the correct information. Imagine that. 10 bucks for a key that doesn’t do anything other than make a shitty paper weight. Nobody uses paper documents anymore anyway so it’s definitely useless!

The machine was great and easy to use! I had no issues whatsoever with making three keys. It was nice that the third key was free

It was easy to use. Instructions were clear. 6-8 dollars for a key is a bit much, but for the convenience it’s not bad. Keys matched up perfectly.
