My Mom & I were house & pet sitting for my cousin that was out of town. We got locked out of the house with 2 animals inside. It was right near 5 p.m. when I called the locksmith. Kevin, the owner showed up to save the day. He got on Facetime with my cousin to get permission to unlock & also to see his ID with the address of the house on it. The house was unlocked in a jiffy. Kevin was super nice, quick to respond & very professional. I highly recommend him & his business.

The machine took alot of time to make four keys i would say around 25- 30 mins. To the point I pulled my phone out due to the second d one taking alot of time. When I tried the keys, none of them worked. They were not cut right at all! Never will use it again. I provided a picture

Very fast and easy way! Nice clear visual and audible directions made it very easy! I had three keys made and all three work smoothly in my door locks! I will use this kiosk every time in the future!

James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.

Timely, efficient, polite and trustworthy. Was a huge help and saved me LOTS when it came to getting my home locks changed. He could have charged me for replacing everything when the lock company had had a recall that I didn’t know about. Instead he was honest and told me the measures to take to get the company to replace for free due to the recall. Installed everything quickly and rekeyed so all locks would have same key.

My son’s old Camry smartkey switch failed nd couldn’t be started. Toyota not able to fix it.Robbie kept us informed on his ETA. Replaced the switch in freezing cold.
