They are the best here. I was quoted a price of $175 plus tax and tip for new moped keys with another company near Nashville, and Johnson’s gave me a new set of 2 keys for $45. They even agreed to meet with me multiple different times since my schedule was changing today, outside of their normal business hours to get it done! A real breath of fresh air

Reed was there to save the day literally! I called and he was able to show up in about 15 minutes to get the keys out my sisters car I accidentally locked in there.
My sister had surgery this morning and important things from the doctor was in the back seat. I didn’t even mention any of that to them. They get 5 stars from me 😁

Kevin was extremely efficient, on-time and more than competitively priced. The Toyota dealership required us to tow our ‘06 Tacoma to them and the charge for a key fab was around $575. Kevin came out to us and was about 1/5 the price. Would recommend to anyone.

I had 3 copies of a new house key made here (buy 2 get one free) and none of them work. I got one of the designs and maybe if I had just gotten a plain key it would have worked who knows. But none of the keys I had copied and made at this machine work.

$1,500—that’s what they charged me after drilling the lock. They showed up at 7 PM, after normal business hours, but never once mentioned the price beforehand. Had they told me, I would have said no thank you. It felt like they took advantage of my urgent situation. After arguing, I got it down to $825, but I still feel like I was overcharged. I still have a drilled out cylinder that needs to be replaced. I will be getting a different locksmith to replace it tomorrow morning. Clear pricing upfront would have made all the difference.

Key was made in about 2 minutes, cost $5.50 which is pretty reasonable for the convenience this machine provides and it worked just fine when I got home. Very cool machine and use of technology, I had my key saved in the event I need to have another made I guess I can quickly order one. Saves me the hassle of going to Lowes/Home Depot!

The kiosk at Kroger worked great. I had tried other kiosks of other brands and they would not order a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser key. This worked, it was timely. Price was a little high but I got my backup key that I lost two years ago. It does work in the doorlock and the ignition.

This is an automated kiosk at Lowe’s. Every went smooth UNTIL the key came out. It had metal shavings stuck to it that, if the key were used, would likely damage or jam the lock. As it was a kiosk, there was no customer service rep around. I took the key to customer service, but they would not stand behind their retail partner and told me I had to call the number on the side of the kiosk. The key is not usable. I used the kiosk because I needed a key quickly. I will NOT be using this service again due to this issue.
