They are awesome. Lost my keys at a kids soccer game while out of town..Called delta told them what happened and that I was stuck without me keys and needing to get back home.They showed up in 30mins and had me going for a great price! Hopefully this won’t happen again but if it does will definitely be calling them.

Knoxsmith was incredible to work with. Great service. He had to run all over town to get the parts my two doors needed. He wanted to make sure they matched the old hardware. He also programmed the new key pad lock for me. 5 stars highly recommend.

I’ve never used the service, but I received a text asking me to rate my experience. That’s concerning. I called and the man I talk to. You didn’t have any information and hung up on me. Don’t use this service. I don’t know how they got my phone number. Kind of scary.

I was looking for a place to get my home key copied and stumbled onto this kiosk. It was user-friendly and explained things step by step. Whole process of getting key copied at the kiosk only took a few minutes. I wanted something basic (didn’t need any fancy designs to the key), which took me a while to select the options (I got a lot of options of fancy designs that I had to skip). The package came very promptly and was delivered nicely. Key fits and works really well! I like the colour.

Convenient and key works fine. Way too expensive and to many add ons to extract even more money from the customer. Would probably never use again as long as I live near an Ace, True Value, or almost any other key option.
