My mother in law was locked out of her vehicle who is 75 years old and raining and had no phone no nothing 50 degree weather. Borrowed a phone to call me. The guy would not go because it was a “third party caller” when I am not with my mother in law and I am hour away from her. I was willing to pay for it all over the phone… no care or customer service skills at all…I would had paid extra if it took that…and he couldn’t take payment over the phone he claimed! I am a multi business owner my self and I understand that he has been burned on it and has policies that he has created. But I would definitely would look at someone situation and intentions of their phone call before making a decision like that!

Jesica done a great job on my key fob on my Nissan Altima that she done for me about a month ago. She is the best around and has absolutely the best prices as well. On October 1, 2024 this company showed up for a roadside assistance call to change my front passenger side tire. The young man that showed up, with two of his friends in his car, did not know how to correctly place the car jack under our vehicle and damaged our retractable running board. I filed a claim with their insurance and was denied. They didn’t even bother to send someone out to assess the damage. I think it’s horrible that this company does $3300.00 worth of damage and is not willing to cover it! I now have to file a claim through my car insurance company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I needed a new key fob for my Infiniti QX60 that was going bad. I called the Infiniti dealer and was given a quote over $600 to replace which I thought was high. I looked online for a replacement fob and found one for under $25. I called Rick’s to ask if they could program a generic after market Key Fob. They said they could and quoted me $65 to program it. I ordered the key fob and brought it in to Rick’s and Matt installed it in under 15 minutes. He was very friendly. Excellent customer service!

I would NOT recommend. They did NOT tell me the price until AFTER he unlocked my car.. which was in the target parking lot that consisted of 5 minutes of him probing my door open, then he proceeded to tell me I owed him $171! I was not told this amount up front, I would have never agreed to have someone unlock my car in the afternoon in a convenient location for $171! When I called the office to complain, I was told the technician sets the rate at the job site, I have never heard of this. I was freezing cold, I am 9 months pregnant, and I had my 5 year old daughter with me. My keys were in my front seat. I just needed it popped open as my fob battery was apparently dead. I am appalled at the cost and I am disgusted they would not tell me the cost until AFTER the service. I feel like he just made this pricing up in his head and it is fraud. I’ve never heard of such.

I had an excellent experience with this locksmith service. I drive a Dodge Ram and Danny was the technician who helped me — he was absolutely top-notch. Super professional, knowledgeable, and fast. He knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated.

Danny showed up on time, worked efficiently, and had me back on the road way quicker than I expected. It’s rare to find someone this skilled and trustworthy these days. If you have a Dodge Ram (or any vehicle) and need a locksmith, ask for Danny — you won’t be disappointed!

These guys were amazing! The guy who was dispatched to help my wife get into our car went above and beyond to help get her in the car. They were also the most affordable and quickest locksmith around, the great service was just a bonus. Would use them again if needed.

I contacted Mondys to get a new key made for my older vehicle and they came out and had me taken care of the very next day. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Great folks and I highly recommend them!
