I took a safe in to be opened because we did not have the combination. They tried multiple times to figure it out before it had to be drilled. They are the nicest people. Very professional! I would highly recommend them. Great experience

Absolutely aweful communication hung up on my twice while “connection me with a locksmith” I would never rely on them. Their system is very disorganized and inaccurate. I called back. He said the locksmith had called twice and I had zero missed calls. He even read the telephone number back to me, which was correct. He also would not tell me how much it was going to cost. Never ever use this company

I needed a replacement key fob programmed while I was out of state on vacation. Jim worked me in between commercial jobs and saved me a lot of money over going to a dealership. He knows his stuff and is customer friendly!
This is small business USA, the bread and butter of our great country. Family owned and operated. You get personalized service from the owner. As I said he went out of his way to take care of an out of towner in need! Thanks again Jim!

I’ve used this business before and had no issues. Recently I tried making a key on 4 different occasions, and none of them worked. It was a very frustrating process as I needed them for some tenants and ended up having to give my own personal key away, since I was running out of time. Very unhappy with my current experience with them

I’ve used Minute Key several times before. It’s quick and easy, although not exactly cheap. I can get the same keys from a couple of different local hardware stores for about half the price (and do when those places are open). Also, I have to go elsewhere for any key that’s unusual in some way. But overall, it’s a good place to quickly get an accurate copy.
