My wife and I wanted to have the locks at our home changed.
I called Mike’s Lock and Key and left a message. Desmond called me back and we set up an appointment.
Desmond arrived a couple of days later and talk about “old-school” service. He didn’t just change the locks but he addressed a couple of issues that only a trained eye would catch.
Thorough, meticulous, and educational. He explained everything and ensured we were satisfied.
It’s hard to find folks that still take the time to do the job right and treat your home like it’s theirs.
