The deburring process malfunctioned and ground all the ridges off the key to a flat surface.
Reported the issue and was refunded the cost.
Had another key made and the burrs were really rough and wouldn’t go into the lock.
Response to my issue and the prompt refund are the only things that earned them a 4 star rating.
Precision is not one of the machines attributes.
