I needed a replacement key fob programmed while I was out of state on vacation. Jim worked me in between commercial jobs and saved me a lot of money over going to a dealership. He knows his stuff and is customer friendly!

Called to have a tech come to our church building to repair a lock on an outside metal door. The key was only working intermittently.
In less than an hour a technician came. He said he was Tech the Tech.
He took the entire lock apart, aligned all the parts, lubricated and sealed it, and at our request made some new keys on the spot to replace our old worn ones.
He was polite, personable, professional, efficient, and knowledgable. We plan to have him back to replace some other hardware.
