Got the job done, I’ll give them that, but I wouldn’t recommend them. I set up an appointment, then got a call saying they couldn’t make it and had to reschedule for a later time. Their pricing is higher than what the dealer charges, and they also add an $80 dispatch fee, which should be disclosed upfront. I paid $380 for a car key rekey and programming. Definitely shop around before using their services.

I don’t leave reviews often, but this was awful. They refused to give a price range over the phone, only saying it would be a “free estimate.” When the tech arrived, he quoted $299 plus tax to unlock a single standard knob (no deadbolt). The number felt made up—he immediately dropped it to $150 when I said no way. He said he had it handled, spent 20 minutes trying to use air wedges, then claimed the door couldn’t be opened without breaking it. He gave up, told us to call someone else to pick the lock (that’s why we called a locksmith!), and sped off. To top it off, see the photos of how he left the door once we finally got inside without his help.

Gerardo was great! The service was conducted in a timely fashion, his professionalism was extraordinary, and the price was reasonably. I hope to not lock my keys in the car often. HOWEVER, I now have a reliable locksmith that I would refer to anyone in the Metro Atlanta area.

Called about door repairs on a commercial property. I didn’t have all the information. The woman I spoke to wasn’t very friendly or helpful; she didn’t offer to troubleshoot or educate me. I went to Downs instead, and they were much more accommodating and professional.
